TDER Articulated Boom Lift is specially designed for complex aerial tasks, featuring a multi-angle articulated boom structure for flexible reach and precise positioning. Coupled with a high-performance hydraulic system and precise control, it efficiently completes installation, inspection, and maintenance tasks. The robust chassis and intelligent control ensure stable and safe operation, while the articulated boom structure can overcome obstacles, making it suitable for building facades, industrial facilities, and municipal aerial work applications.
Diesel Articulated Boom Lift covers working heights from 14 to 47 m, equipped with a high-performance diesel engine for strong power. Combined with multi-angle boom adjustment, it provides flexible and efficient operational capability.
1. Equipped with a standard Yanmar / Kubota diesel engine, delivering 35.9kW of strong and stable power output. It ensures reliable performance for construction, industrial maintenance, and complex outdoor working conditions. EPA or Euro V emission-compliant engine options are available to balance performance and environmental requirements.
2. Maximum working height reaches 16m, platform height 14m, with a horizontal outreach of 8.1m and up-and-over clearance of 7.75m. It easily covers steel structures, elevated equipment, and obstacle-rich job sites, significantly improving efficiency for installation and maintenance tasks.
3. The jib offers 140° vertical rotation, while the platform supports ±80° rotation. With 360° turntable rotation and zero tail swing design, the machine enables precise positioning in narrow spaces for flexible multi-angle aerial operations.
4. Equipped with a 4WD steering system, 33×12-20 off-road tires, and 0.4m ground clearance, the unit delivers up to 40% gradeability, ensuring stable performance on gravel roads, muddy terrain, and uneven construction sites.
5. Platform size is 1.83×0.76m with a maximum load capacity of 200kg, supporting two operators and tools simultaneously, improving working efficiency while ensuring comfort and operational safety.
6. The machine is equipped with overload protection, tilt limiting, emergency lowering, and stroke control systems, fully compliant with EN280:2013+A1:2015 and GB25849-2010 standards, ensuring comprehensive safety during aerial operations.
